Donna Peters is the Vice President of Engineering Servicing Portals, Knowledge and Learning (PKL). In this pivotal role, she drives the technology vision, strategy, and project delivery to support key business objectives. Donna’s leadership is marked by close collaboration with enterprise frameworks and capabilities, focusing on delivering assisted servicing, knowledge and learning, and customer value journeys. Her work enables a seamless customer experience, positioning the organization at the forefront of innovation and customer satisfaction.
Throughout her career, Donna has held various roles with an emphasis on the modernization of platforms to deliver the world’s best customer experience. At work and beyond, she is deeply passionate about people leadership and mentorship. She is very active in the Sunrise campus and volunteers her time to encourage youth to enter the field of technology. Through her efforts, she hopes to inspire both colleagues and young children to realize their full potential and pursue rewarding careers in the industry.
Donna holds a Master of Information Technology and Master of Business Administration from Nova Southeastern University. She resides in South Florida with her husband and daughter. In her spare time, Donna enjoys experimenting with new recipes in her kitchen, reflecting her creative spirit both at work and at home.
