Sachin is the Executive Vice President and Unit CIO for U.S. Consumer Services and Membership Digital Experiences at American Express. He leads teams that build enterprise-wide consumer digital experiences powered by advanced technologies, partnering closely with product and business leaders across the company. With over 25 years of experience in technology and digital innovation, Sachin has held senior roles at Groupon, eBay, Marcus by Goldman Sachs, AHAlife, and 33Across. His work spans consumer digital products, big data, and data science, including developing small business lending and buy-now-pay-later solutions, and scaling global ecommerce platforms. Sachin is passionate about collaboration and developing diverse, high-performing technology teams that turn vision into innovation. He holds a BS in Computer Science from the Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay, and lives in Jersey City, where he enjoys Japanese food, photography, music, and travel.
